There is a nominal monthly subscription fee of R150/m for this facility, separate from our rate, which allows online access to process quotes, translate quotes to invoices on your clients acceptance, issue invoices and capture payments, or credit card payments, manage your stock items, all online and through the client portal.
Your client can view their own account:
Quotes, invoices, credits and statements, showing paid and unpaid invoices, balances due. Various standard reports are available and the books can be shared with your accountant, which will save them time too. This is a great, all-encompassing online tool.
If you’re not so worried about the virtual world and just need an expense sheet reconciled with your receipts and bank statement, we’re here for you too. An “off-line” standard bookkeeping service is also available, not using the client portal, and would therefore involve some co-ordination with actual paperwork collection, etc.
